TransitPods operates as a community-focused accommodation and respect for fellow travellers is essential at all times. Silent hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM at all properties. During this period, guests are required to keep noise levels at a minimum in dormitory sleeping areas and all common spaces. The privacy and personal space of all guests must be respected at all times.
No food or beverages of any kind are permitted inside dormitory areas. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in shared sleeping spaces. Digital lockers are provided for each guest and guests are advised to always keep their valuables securely locked when not in immediate use. The maintenance and cleanliness of common areas is a shared responsibility, and all guests are expected to clean up after themselves.
An in-house theatre, the Game Zone and also the Working Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for all resident guests and cannot be reserved in advance. The common lounge is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for work, relaxation, and interaction among guests. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property and is available to all resident guests.
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property or in bathrooms. Violators will face immediate eviction and a fine. No alcohol — possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden at all TransitPods properties. Possession or use of illegal drugs or any illegal substances will be reported directly to local law enforcement. Carrying firearms, ammunition, or any dangerous weapons is illegal and strictly prohibited on the premises.
Non-resident visitors are allowed only in the reception area and only until 8:00 PM. No visitor access is permitted inside dormitories or the common lounge area under any circumstances. All visitors must be accompanied by the resident guest they are visiting. Management reserves the right to ask any visitor to leave at its sole discretion.
Guests are liable for any damage to property, equipment, or fixtures caused during their stay. TransitPods is not responsible for any personal loss, theft, or damage to guests' belongings. Guests are strongly advised to utilise the digital lockers provided to secure their personal items at all times.
