Hotel Policies
Important information and house rules for a smooth stay at Transitpods.
Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.
Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur charges.
A valid Government-approved photo ID (Aadhaar, DL, Voter ID, or Passport) is mandatory. PAN Cards and Local IDs (Delhi) are not accepted. For Foreigners, Requisite Licenses are awaited, so we are unable to host Foreign Guests at this Time.
Silent Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking/Alcohol: Strictly prohibited inside rooms and PODs.
Dorm Etiquette: No eating inside PODs.
Full payment is required at the time of booking or check-in. Cancellation is free up to 7 days before arrival (excluding blackout dates).
Non-resident visitors are allowed in the common lounge area only until 8:00 PM. No visitor access is allowed inside the rooms or POD areas.
A maximum stay of 7 days is allowed for room allotments. Extended stays are subject to management approval.
